The swimming pools are a great bonus to our properties, especially with the Florida heat. In addition, the Pinewood Terrace property offers patio seating. If you ever want a little getaway, go to the pool and relax!
Laundry Room
The laundry room is a convenient addition to the properties, just a quick walk inside the complex. There are resident-only laundry cards so you just see familiar faces.
